TRX
Intensity: Moderate+
Our signature class -
If you truly want to improve your overall health and fitness, TRX training is the way to do it!
You’ll balance & strengthen your total body,
improve mobiliy and cardio, & prevent injury and illness
all in one 45 minute class.
You'll get to set your own challenge level to a blend of cardio and strength as we train intervals to upbeat music in this challenging and fun total body total fitness class!
TRX, Core & More
Intensity: Low to Moderate
Balance starts with core, and core starts with breath.
This class will balance your body and mind from the inside out. We'll start with deep breathing exercises to balance your nervous system, then progress to gentle mvoements to give you access to optimal posture. We'll end with core strengthing exercises leaving you feeling balanced and empowered!
HRV Breathing
Intensity: Low
Not all "fitness" training has to be hard!
HRV (Heart Rate Variability) is a measure of the differences in heart rate and rhythm from beat to beat.
The benefits are well studied and include -
Lowers blood pressure, improves sleep, supports weight loss, reduces anxiety & depression, slows heart rate, promotes relaxation, improves performance, and improves mood.
This class is set to relaxing music that will support you as we guide you to connect to your breath, improve breathing mechanics, and empower you to use your breath to balance your mind and nervous system.
