Prep for Your Visit

Congrats on taking the first step towards getting in better shape! 
Here's what you'll want to do to get ready for your session -

Intro Session

Please plan to spend approximately 20-40 minutes with us to - 

  1. Tour the facility

  2. Answer any questions

  3. Assess your current fitness with a few exercises - ranging from mobility to stability and strength exercises

  4. Then finally discuss ways to move forward towards your goals!

Please wear workout clothes.  

We will assess mobility, balance, and possibly endurance and/or strength, as it's relevant to your goals.  

 

Please eat a small meal 2-4 hours before arrival or have a small snack 45-60 minutes before arrival.

Forms To Complete/Read Prior To Your Session 

  1. Informed-consent-and-release-of-liability - will be available to sign upon arrival

  2.  Cancellation Policy -  will be available to sign upon arrival

We are located at 1288 Valley Forge Road, Suite 71, Phoenixville PA 19460.  

Turn into the Valley Forge Commons, then take your second left.  Suite 71 will be on your left - it's a end unit next to a grassy area.  Park anywhere and come on in!

If we're not at the desk waiting for you, please make yourself comfortable on the bench and we'll be with you very shortly!!

Continuing training

choose your training package

Generally - people start with the "16 credit new client trial" to try different trainers or services.  After the trial, we recommend thinking about what sort of training program you're ready to commit to. 

 

For example, if you'd like to train 2 x 25 minutes sessions per week for 3 months, that would be 2 times per week x 4 credits x 12 weeks = 96 credits, so a 100 credit package would be recommended.

Packages can be purchased in fill online.  We offer payment plans for all packages to credit cards on file. Please contact us to arrange a payment plan that works for you!

Schedule online or direct 

You can schedule appointments three ways - 

  1. Request appointments through the MindBody App.  You'll receive a confirmation when we approve your request, or alternative time options if we could not approve your request.  
     

  2. Email or text Lou or Larah for appointments with any trainer.  Contact any trainer directly (cell phone numbers are in every appointment reminder email) to schedule directly with any trainer.  
     

  3. Schedule a recurring appointment time.  If you schedule is consistent and you want your training time to be consistent, too, we can book a recurring day/time with a trainer so all you have to do is cancel / reschedule if you are ill or your schedule changes.

Managing Your account 

The MindBody app offers limited access to manage your account.  

You can access the full details of your account, including full billing and training history when you login to your Lift and Live Account via desktop.
