Lift and Live Fitness is OPEN! We are operating in limited capacity in compliance with guidelines from the CDC and Governor Wolf. This includes temperature checks, "Slow the Spread" protocols, 3 separate private training spaces for private sessions, groups limited to 6 people and programmed so clients do not share any equipment, plus medical grade cleaning between every training session.
