Personal Trainer

Neelum’s purpose as a Personal Trainer is to motivate individuals to find the DRIVE within themselves to become physically and mentally strong and confident. She loves sharing her passion and aims to teach others to enjoy the whole process of pursuing and sustaining lasting health, instead of focusing on fast, fleeting results. 

I grew up in a family where all I heard was “you’re skinny, you can eat whatever you want. You’re skinny, you don’t need to work out.” I knew there was more to being healthy then just being “skinny”. I didn’t want to just be “skinny”. I wanted to be more than that. I wanted to be strong. I wanted to learn how to push myself to reach the goals I saw other people reaching. I knew that if I could push and help myself, I could push and help others and that is exactly what I do now and will continue to do.

Like many others, in the beginning of my journey, I looked for a quick fix. I purchased every tea detox, 21 day challenge, and any other fad that you can think of that lead to “results”. I VERY soon realized there is no quick fix and IF there was, it wasn’t realistic or sustainable. I wanted to create a healthy lifestyle that I saw myself maintaining and enjoying. It takes a lot of balance and hard work but it is so worth it! I stopped comparing myself to others, listening to what others said about me, and started to work hard and reach the goals I set for myself! There is nothing more that I enjoy now than helping others create the same healthy lifestyle and happiness for themselves. I plan to pursue a career in physical therapy where I can help others recover from any physical limitations and thrive to work towards a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
