LIFT Fusion – 55 Min Group Training – Our Signature Training with strong focus on core & full body exercises. 

Strengthen and tone any and every part of your body by letting one of our certified pros teach you proper form and different fitness routines.

No holds barred!  You catch glimpses of strength training, cardio training, barre, pilates, and crossfit in these workouts.

You’ll use weights, bands, body weight, balls, bikes, and more to sculpt strong, sexy arms, core, and legs.  Leave sweaty with tired muscles, boosted metabolism, and a burst of energy for the rest of your day!

Women of all ages will benefit, as the trainer offers modifications for all fitness levels.  Women only please.


  • Fundamentals – This class is especially for beginner and intermediate level fitness levels, however, ALL FITNESS LEVELS will benefit as one of our professional trainer coaches you to improve on the fundamental aspects of training.You’ll focus on breath and technique through fundamental movements including various types of squats, lunges, crunches, leg lifts, planks, hyperextensions, and more to strengthen your foundation for all exercise.
  • Signature“Fitness Fusion” without any other designation is our signature class that will rock the body of MOST of you ladies out there.  Beginners welcome.  Advanced athletes?  Still gonna give you that feeling you want.  Plus everyone in between!
  • AdvancedThis class will still provide instruction and modifications for various fitness levels, however, true beginners and people with injuries are encouraged to either avoid some exercises or join a non-advanced class.  Men, women & teens of intermediate, advanced, and elite fitness levels welcome!Get ready to put your body and your mind to the test. One of our advanced trainers will guide your through workout that will challenge your full body and core strength, stability, and conditioning with advanced exercises including overhead squats and lunges, inverted planks, and inverted pikes.

Classes will rotate through 1 of each of the following each day:

  • Training Focus: Muscle Strength & Stamina / Cardiopulmonary Power & Endurance / HIIT – 1/2 strength, 1/2 endurance
  • Upper Body Group: Full Core / Shoulders, Biceps, & Triceps / Full Upper – chest, back, shoulders, arms, & core
  • Lower Body Group: Glutes & Hamstrings / Inner & Outer Thighs / Full Lower – glutes, hamstrings, quads, & calves

BURN – 30 Min Group Training

BURN blends riding to specific RPM cadences in sprints, intervals, and climbs that will challenge your legs, core, and shoulders with our signature resistance training focused on the core into an interval based hour of heart racing & muscle burning you don’t want to miss!

Restore Let your body enjoy a blend of barre and pilates as well as sink into yoga inspired stretches to lengthen muscles and open joints.  Expect increased range of motion for all your other training.  This workout will leave you feeling open, relaxed, and extra happy!

This class will benefit anyone who is tight and are below recommended flexibility (which is almost everybody!).  Men, women & teens welcome!


Classes are offered at 6 am , 7:45 am, 9:30 am, and 7pm.

What Makes Group Training Different at Lift and Live Fitness than other places?


“The format of the training overall and of each class is unique to what I have experienced at other gyms – breaking it down to the basics so there’s a better understanding of my body and how it all fits together has been eye-opening for me. It’s more than just “pick up heavy shit and put it back down.” To be able to FEEL certain muscles during the movement as well as the next days after using *just* a band is very motivating and way more satisfying than I thought it could be. The post workout stretching and chatting sessions are great as well – adds in that mind and spirit element that is missing everywhere else I’ve been.

I noticed that I stand up straighter and pull my shoulders back almost instinctively (almost! Baby steps!) – which I think has helped me overall with my shoulder.
